Barangay Sto. Niṅo is situated in the eastern part of the Municipality of Makilala. It is five (5) kms. Away from Poblacion proper. It is 20 – 25 minute ride from the barangay to Poblacion proper. It has seven (7) puroks and presently 381 households. It is bounded on the north by Barangay Poblacion, on the east by Barangay Malasila, by the west is Barangay Sta. Felomina, and on the south by Barangay Luayon. It has a total land area of 590.4162 hectares.
