In 1969, a primary school was put up to serve the educational needs of the children, years passed y, the elementary level was completed. But the residents are not spared with the economic problems besetting the country and the world in general. Prices of farm products become unstable. Unpredictable weather conditions, rough roads and the distance to the nearest high school deterred they would be high school students to enter the secondary level. Many are interested to continue going to school but are really hard up. With this scenarios, the barangay officials wrote a request letter to the Superintendent, Dr. Remy Mier Rivera, to grant the opening of one-room first year level school year 2009-2010. This will be an annex of Kisante National High School. Luckily the ardent request was given s favorable action by our DepEd Officials.
